2. Description of the main points of the equipment
1. Adopt the "Siemens" control system and introduce the touch screen, which can set the stroke position, spindle speed, and feed pressure arbitrarily to achieve effective control of the accuracy of the inner hole.
2. The machine tool is equipped with a complete cooling and filtering system, which is mainly composed of "magnetic separator + paper belt filter".
3. The equipment has the functions of short stroke and pause stroke, which is convenient for correcting the hole shape.
4. The grinding head has an automatic expansion and contraction system, and the expansion and contraction pressure can be controlled at will.
5. The equipment is equipped with a shift gearbox, which can easily obtain the spindle torque and speed according to the aperture size.
6. The equipment has an NC control overload protection system.
7. The equipment has an automatic compensation system for oilstone wear.
